From 17–19 March, the first-ever South African National Conductors Convention (NCC) will be held in Cape Town. Organized by the South African Choral Celebration Network Foundation (CCNF), the NCC will offer South African conductors and choral practitioners an opportunity to meet, share, and perform together. Ēriks joins André Thomas as the international keynote speakers of the convention. On the second day of the convention, Ēriks will deliver a masterclass and participate in a workshop. During the closing concert, some of Ēriks’ most well known works will be performed by individual singers from across South Africa, the Cape Town Youth Choir conducted by Leon Starker, and Amici de Lumine conducted by Michaelangelo Cloete.
